Visual C# 2003 Upgrade?

VS.NET 2003 will be out soon and Microsoft is offering a $29 upgrade price for current users of VS.NET. Does anybody know if the same deal will be extended to Visual C#.NET users?

I bought my own personal copy of VC#.NET and would love to upgrade to Everett, but would hate to pay full price again.

The $29 upgrade offer does not apply to so-called stand-alone .NET language products. It applies only to the various VS .NET builds (Pro, Ent. Dev., and Ent. Arch.)
