iPod iDea I stopped by the recently opened new Apple store here yesterday and saw the iPod mini. It's a beaut! Before yesterday, I would wonder why anyone would buy a 4Gb mini when they can get its 15Gb big brother for only $50 more. I wonder no longer. Java RSS Aggregators There's yet another RSS Aggregator out there: JNN (Juicy News Network) by none other than James Gosling. Washington Post on RSS Looks like RSS is getting more mainstream press lately. After the Slate article earlier this month, today the Washington Post published an article about RSS and Aggregators. The article states (The Post's washingtonpost.com was scheduled to begin offering a set of RSS feeds this weekend.) Slate: How To Speed-Read the Net Slate launched their RSS feed today, and with it, published an excellent introduction to RSS article by Paul Boutin. What I like about the article (apart from the fact that it recommends SharpReader) is that it's clearly geared towards people who are more likely to read the New York Times or the Washington Post than diveintomark or scripting news.
